Anyone over 190cm tall might hit their head on the ceiling. The stairs to the sleeping loft are very steep, so people with knee or mobility problems may have difficulty using them.

10 min drive from Sävar, 30 min from Umeå and Red Barn Arena.

There is a grocery store in Sävar. Stora Coop/Ica Maxi and similar can be found in Umeå north, on the road to the cabin.

Animals: 1-2 small dogs are welcome. Other or more animals can be discussed.

Free parking and engine heater outside the cabin.

Final cleaning: We ask the tenant to leave clean dishes and sink behind, and to put bed sheets and towels on the washing machine. Garbage and compost are left outside the door.
