Welcome to your private bedroom in a large 3-room apartment with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment has all the necessary household functions WiFi, toilet, shower, kitchen and laundry room. My family and I live in a private bedroom, and you will have the other private bedroom all to yourself.

The bedroom has a double bed, which can be folded into a single bed during say time to get extra space in the room. There is an additional air mattress available for a third guest. Tables and chairs can be provided in the room if guests need them.

Your family/friends will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located location.

The apartment is located in the popular Alidhem district near the Hospital and the University. There is a market place just 1 minute's walk away, with three grocery stores ICA, Coop and Lidl. There is also a sushi bar, 1 hamburger place, 1 pizza restaurant and a kebab doner bar just 1 minute away.

The nearest bus stops are a 2-5 minute walk with 3 different bus lines that cover almost all of Umeå.
