In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, working wood stove, three bedrooms, two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. In the largest bedroom there is a bunk bed, at the top a 90 cm mattress, at the bottom a 120 cm mattress. In the other two rooms there is a double bed (bedroom 2) and 2 separate 90 cm beds (bedroom 3).

In the living room there is a large TV with a large spacious sofa.

In the house there is also a sauna that can be used by agreement. More beds can be arranged if necessary.

There is room for two cars in the driveway and the possibility to both charge electric cars and engine heaters.

In Sävar, there is an ICA store with generous opening hours and two pizzerias. There are good commuting opportunities by bus to Umeå.
